At EZD Cleaning Supplies Ltd., we are committed to providing quality cleaning products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.
• Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or supplied in error:

• Opened or partially used chemicals and cleaning solutions
• Custom or special-order products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the product and packaging to help process your claim.

Once your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as EZD Cleaning Supplies Ltd. is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
